The third edition of MRX Sessions was held on October 5th 2019 at Mount Kenya University, Thika. Key speakers gracing the event were iGov Africa C.E.O Ronald Osumba, Public policy and Youth specialist Raphael Obonyo and Michael Thotho programs manager at Centonomy Ltd

Topics of the day were;

  1. Youth Entrepreneurship by Mr. Ronald Osumba

Like they say, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Performances from a nice selection of talent gave the attendees a time to unwind. This saw a variety of artists showcase their different forms of talent including dance, pictorial art, news anchoring, poetry, hype set and deejaying.

The talented MC Tabz had everything flowing smoothly while Hype man Genetrixx regulated the energy levels in the place, making sure everyone was in high spirits.

Snipper dancers and Robert_Pri, the Robo-dancer lit up the stage with their well-choreographed styles.

Jane Nyaboke presented MRX news as Steve the Poet got the crowd snapping to his piece. Phaom and Markapen performed with DJ Hybreed on the decks

Finally, the most awaited  performance of the day, Sailors got on stage, electrifying the whole place with their mad energy with bangers like Wainame.

Three attendees won an  opportunity to go and represent MRX at the UNDESA, Youth Peace and Security Convening which took place later that December. They also got branded with cool t-shirts from Mr. Raphael Obonyo due to their active participation during the talk.
